What to expect when you apply: (a.)  Everyone 18 and over must complete an application and pay an application fee of $70. (b.) We will need a copy of a valid form of identification. (c.) We will need proof of income (i.e Pay Stubs, Bank Statement) (d.) Combined gross income should be three times the monthly rent. (e.) Three years of residential history contact information (i.e Contact Name, Address, Phone & Email). (d.) Minimum required credit score 650 (600 to 649 is accepted with a double deposit) (e.) PetScreening is part of the application process and a  pet, "no-pet" profile, or request accommodation for assistance animal must be completed through www.petscreening.com

Common Reasons to be Denied: Incomplete application, previous evictions, active collections from landlords, credit score below 600 or no credit, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, active bankruptcies, pets over 30lbs (no aggressive breeds allowed), criminal felony on record, excessive vehicles, or if the move in dates are too far in the future can also be a reason for a declined application.
